We are Gloucester’s leading taxi and private hire company with a fleet of over 60 vehicles operating around the clock, 365 days a year. The type of vehicles we use include 4 seater cars, 6-8 seater people carriers, wheelchair accessible and chauffeur driven luxury cars. We are more than twice the size of our nearest competitor.

Professional Staff

All our drivers are required to wear company issued uniform and must pass the EDI Level 2 NVQ in Passenger Vehicle Driving. They must also pass an enhanced CRB check prior to acceptance to Andy Cars. Each of our drivers is identifiable on our taxi management system by a unique ID number. This number enables us to know which driver did which job and where that particular driver is at any time. This gives us full traceability in cases of complaint and accountability.
 

Safety First

All our vehicles are regularly checked to ensure they are clean and in good working order and that all signs are displayed according to regulations. Driver’s documents are also regularly checked and updated “Drivers Licence, PH/Taxi Driving Licence, PH/Taxi Vehicle licence, Insurance and MOT/Inspection Certificate” and kept on file
